Privacy policy
This policy explains what Zenvorika stores when you create an account, join the waitlist or contact us, why we keep it, how long we keep it, and which third parties are involved.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Zenvorika ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data in connection with the website at zenvorika.com (the "Website"), including the Zenvorika account and the practice account on the trading terminal.
We have tried to keep this policy short and specific. In summary: we store the information needed to run your account, your practice trading, the waitlist and the contact form, together with limited security logs. We do not collect identity documents, we do not accept deposits, and we do not sell personal data.
This policy should be read alongside our Cookie Policy, which lists the items stored in your browser, and our Terms of Use.
2. How the Website works today
A few facts about the service shape what data we handle:
- Accounts are open. You can register a Zenvorika account with an email address and password. At this stage an account gives you access to the practice account on the trading terminal.
- No real money. Real-money trading, deposits and withdrawals are not available. We do not accept money or digital assets, and we hold no wallets or real balances for anyone.
- No identity verification yet. We do not ask for your name, date of birth, address or identity documents to open an account.
- Practice trading. The practice account uses virtual USDT with no monetary value. If you are signed in, your practice balances and orders are saved to your account. If you use the terminal without signing in, your practice activity stays in your browser and is reset when you reload the page.
- Live market data comes from a third party. Prices and charts are loaded from Binance's public market-data service, as explained in section 4.
- No analytics or advertising. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording or cross-site tracking.
3. Data we collect and store
The Website runs on our own server with a database. The table below lists what we keep there.
| Category | What we store | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Account data | Your email address, a one-way hash of your password, and the dates and times your account was created and you last signed in | Creating your account, letting you sign in and keeping the account secure |
| Practice-account data | Virtual balances, practice orders and their history | Saving your practice trading so it is still there next time you sign in |
| Waitlist entries | The email address you submit on the home page and the time you submitted it | Telling you when new features, such as real-money trading, become available |
| Contact-form messages | Your name, email address, the topic you choose, your message and the time it was sent | Reading and replying to your enquiry |
| Security logs | The IP address and time of sign-in attempts and form submissions | Detecting abuse, limiting repeated sign-in attempts and protecting accounts |
How your password is handled
When you register or sign in, your password is sent to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The server uses it only to create or check a one-way hash, produced with a standard password-hashing algorithm (bcrypt or Argon2). We store the hash, never the password itself, and we cannot read your password back from it. If you forget your password, we cannot tell you what it was.
Technical data received by our server
When your browser requests a page, our server necessarily receives technical information such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string. Where this is written to server logs, it is used only to deliver the Website, keep it secure and diagnose faults. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
Information stored in your own browser
The Website sets one session cookie, ZVSESS, which keeps you signed in, and stores two small items in your browser's localStorage: your cookie consent choice (zv-cookie-consent) and the markets you mark as favourites (zv-favs). The localStorage items stay on your device and are not sent to us. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Emails you send us
If you write to us directly at one of the addresses in section 13, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach. We use this only to deal with your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of correspondence.
4. Third-party services the Website relies on
Market data from Binance
Prices, charts, 24-hour statistics, the order book and recent trades are live market data that your browser loads directly from Binance's public market-data API, at the hosts data-api.binance.vision, api.binance.com and, over a WebSocket connection, data-stream.binance.vision. Zenvorika does not operate this data source. When your browser connects to these hosts, your IP address and standard request information, such as your user-agent string, are visible to the provider, which handles them under its own privacy terms.
Our server also requests public prices from Binance in order to fill orders in signed-in practice accounts. Those server requests contain no personal data about you.
Fonts from Google
The Website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches these fonts, your IP address and standard request information are disclosed to Google, which handles them under its own privacy terms.
5. Why we process your data
Where the law that applies to you requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we rely on the following:
- Providing the service you asked for: operating your account, signing you in and saving your practice-account data.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the Website and accounts secure, limiting abuse such as repeated sign-in attempts, delivering pages and replying to messages you send us. We only rely on this where our interests are not outweighed by your rights.
- Consent: adding your email address to the waitlist, which you can withdraw at any time by asking us to remove it.
- Legal obligation: where we have to keep or disclose information to comply with a law that applies to us.
6. Sharing personal data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. The parties involved are:
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server and database on which the Website and your data are stored. It acts as a processor on our behalf and may use the data only to provide its hosting service to us.
- Our email provider, for messages you send to our email addresses and our replies.
- Binance and Google, which your browser contacts directly for market data and fonts, as described in section 4. They receive your IP address and request information because of your browser's requests, not because we pass your data to them.
We may also disclose information where required by law or a lawful request from a competent authority, to protect our rights or the safety of users, or in connection with a reorganisation of our business.
7. International transfers
Internet services often involve data passing through, or being stored in, more than one country. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take the steps required by applicable law to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection, such as contractual safeguards with recipients.
8. How long we keep data
- Account and practice-account data: kept for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing privacy@zenvorika.com.
- Waitlist emails: kept until we have sent the launch notification, or until you ask us to remove your address, whichever comes first.
- Contact-form messages: kept for up to 24 months, so that we can deal with follow-up questions.
- Sign-in and form-submission logs: kept for 30 days, then deleted.
- Server logs: kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or rotated.
- Browser-stored items: the session cookie ends when you sign out or close your browser; localStorage items remain on your device until you clear them.
- Emails to us: kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you:
- to be informed about how your data is used and to obtain a copy of it;
- to have inaccurate data corrected;
- to have your data deleted, including deleting your account;
- to restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- to receive data you provided in a portable format;
- to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, such as the waitlist; and
- to complain to a data protection authority in the place where you live or work.
To exercise any right, write to privacy@zenvorika.com from the email address linked to your account where possible. We may ask for information to confirm that the request comes from you before acting on it, and we will respond within the time allowed by the law that applies.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, including:
- encrypted HTTPS connections between your browser and our server;
- one-way password hashing, so passwords are never stored;
- parameterised database queries to protect against injection attacks;
- CSRF tokens on forms, so actions cannot be triggered by other websites; and
- rate limiting of sign-in attempts to slow down password-guessing.
Access to our server and database is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere, sign out on shared devices and protect your device, as anyone with access to your browser profile can read its localStorage.
11. Children
The Website is not intended for anyone under 18, and accounts may not be opened by minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account or sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever we change what we collect, for example before introducing identity verification or real-money services. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Where changes are significant, we will make them prominent on the Website and notify account holders by email.
13. Contact
For questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, please email privacy@zenvorika.com. For other legal matters, you can reach us at legal@zenvorika.com.
