Privacy Policy
What Zenvorika records about you, and why. Last updated 28 October 2026.
What is kept
- Account: your email, display name, a one-way hash of the password (the password itself is not stored), plus the sign-up date and sign-up IP.
- Play: timestamps and score for each run, the points ledger, check-ins, and withdrawal requests with the email they pay to.
- Contact: the content of support messages plus the name, email and IP they came from.
Why
We use it to operate accounts, credit points, prevent fraud and duplicate sign-ups, send payouts and answer support requests. Selling data is something we do not do, and no third-party ads appear here.
Sharing
Payment partners (PayPal, or whoever supplies the gift card) get only the details a payout requires. Public authorities get data solely where a legal obligation exists.
Cookies
There is one necessary session cookie, used to keep you signed in and to secure forms. Everything else on the page, fonts and images included, comes from our own server.
Storage period
Kept for the life of the account. Once it is closed we retain only what accounting law and fraud prevention oblige us to.
